Total Golf issues three types of voucher. They are not interchangeable. What a voucher can be used for is fixed at the time of purchase and cannot be converted, split, or exchanged for another type.

1. Gift Vouchers
1.1 Gift Vouchers are issued for a dollar value and may be redeemed against any goods or services sold by Total Golf — pro shop merchandise, and coaching lessons booked at our standard published lesson rates.
1.2 Gift Vouchers may be combined with each other and with Prize Vouchers in a single transaction.
1.3 If the purchase is less than the voucher value, the balance stays on the voucher for future use. No cash change is given.
1.4 If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference is payable by any accepted payment method.
2. Prize Vouchers
2.1 Prize Vouchers are issued to members for winnings in competitions run by the pro shop.
2.2 Prize Vouchers carry the same redemption rights and conditions as Gift Vouchers (clauses 1.1–1.4).
3. Coaching Package
3.1 A Coaching Package is a prepaid block of lessons sold at a discounted per-lesson rate. The discount is given in exchange for committing to the full volume of lessons up front.
3.2 A Coaching Package holds lessons, not money. It carries no dollar value and no store credit.
3.3 A Coaching Package cannot be used for:
- pro shop merchandise of any kind (clubs, balls, apparel, accessories, repairs, regripping);
3.4 A Coaching Lesson Pack cannot be exchanged, converted, or downgraded into a Gift Voucher, store credit, or cash — in whole or in part — including where lessons remain unused at expiry.
3.5 Lessons redeemed from a pack are of the standard duration and format specified at the time of purchase. If the holder wishes to book a longer or different lesson type, the difference is payable at standard rates.
3.6 The discounted per-lesson rate applies only to lessons drawn from the pack. It does not carry over to any additional lessons booked outside the pack.
4. Conditions applying to all vouchers
4.1 Format and redemption. Vouchers are issued electronically by email or physically in the form of gift cards. To redeem, present the voucher or quote the voucher number in the pro shop.
4.2 Expiry. All vouchers expire 36 months from the date of sale. The expiry date is printed on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be honoured and cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded. It is the holder’s responsibility to note the expiry date.
4.3 Non-refundable.Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, at any time.
4.4 Transferable. Vouchers may be given to or used by someone other than the purchaser. Total Golf treats whoever presents a valid voucher number as entitled to redeem it.
4.5 Lost, stolen or shared vouchers. Vouchers are the holder’s responsibility from the moment they are issued. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or reissued. Total Golf may, at our discretion, reissue where the voucher is unredeemed and the purchase can be verified.
