After finishing my Traineeship at the Nelson Golf Club in 2012 I played full time for 4 years. The first 2 years were spent around New Zealand and Australia getting my game ready for bigger events. I then travelled to Asia and started playing on the Asian Development Tour. I had a lot of success with a maiden win and many top 5 finishes. 2016 was my final year and I had made my way to the main Asian Tour, by far the best experience I have had playing. Not only was it challenging but I got to play alongside some of the worlds greatest players.
Arriving back in Nelson with a small family it was certainly nice to have the opportunity to own Total Golf and help as many golfers achieve their goals as possible.
As an amateur I competed overseas representing New Zealand 12 times in 7 different countries. I was part of the New Zealand golf academy for 4 years throughout that time. In 2015 I decided to turn professional as a playing professional and started my traineeship at the Nelson Golf Club. During my traineeship I was awarded both order of merit winner and scholarship winner in my first and third year.
